The Role
As the UI/UX Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital future of our brands. You will lead the charge in developing and executing a comprehensive UX strategy, ensuring our digital platforms are not only visually stunning but also highly functional and user-centric. As part of the Digital Team, you will guide a team of talented UX/UI designers, fostering creativity and collaboration to optimize user journeys and elevate brand experiences.

Lead the development and implementation of the overall UX strategy and vision across multiple brands.
Translate user insights into seamless, effective user journeys that delight and engage.
Ensure that every aspect of the online user experience reflects exceptional usability and stunning visual design.
Key Responsibilities

User Experience

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define workflows, interactions, and UI specifications.
Advocate for user-centric design principles across the organization.
Design System Development

Establish and maintain design systems and UX/UI guidelines to ensure consistency across brands.
Prototyping & Wireframes

Create and oversee user flows, interactive prototypes, and wireframes to convey concepts and gather feedback.
User Research

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Incorporate data and user insights into the design process to continuously improve the experience.
Accessibility

Ensure all UI designs meet accessibility standards, making products inclusive for all users.
Quality Assurance

Conduct design reviews and QA checks to ensure the final product aligns with the design vision.
Stakeholder Communication

Communicate design rationale effectively and collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation.
Team Development and Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Manage project timelines and resources to meet deadlines.
Process Improvement

Build, document, and maintain processes to support a multi-brand environment.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

The Person

Experience

5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design at a consumer-focused company.
Background in the beauty, luxury, or consumer goods industries preferred.
Expertise in web, mobile, and native platform design.
Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
Experience building and leading a team of UI/UX designers through complex projects.
Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript is a plus.
Extensive experience in UX design, research, and user-centered design principles.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting user data and driving decisions.
Languages

Fluent in English.
Spanish and/or French is a plus.
