The Role
As the UX Lead, you will be at the heart of our digital transformation, shaping the future of user experiences across all digital platforms. You’ll lead the design and delivery of intuitive, engaging, and seamless experiences for our customers, ensuring every digital touchpoint meets the highest standards. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to deliver data-driven solutions that optimize the entire customer journey.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of UX designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and user-centered design
- Oversee end-to-end UX processes, from research and discovery to wireframing, prototyping, and testing
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into user-friendly solutions
- Utilize insights from user research, data analysis, and customer feedback to drive design decisions
- Champion the creation of a design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UX designs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging UX/UI technologies

- Extensive experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a design team
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and testing
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable using analytics and research to inform design decisions
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working within agile environments
- A passion for innovation and a drive to stay ahead of the latest UX trends
