The Brand
We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company, committed to designing seamless user experiences that prioritize the needs of our customers. We strive to create intuitive digital products and services that deliver value and empower people.
The Role
We are looking for a Mid-Weight Content Designer to join our growing User Experience (UX) team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product designers, researchers, and other stakeholders to create accessible, user-centered content that improves the overall experience of our digital products. If you see writing as a design process and understand how language can shape the user journey, this role is for you!
About the Role
As a Content Designer, you will:
Simplify complex problems by translating business and design challenges into clear, concise, and user-friendly language.
Define, write, test, and iterate on content through our User-Centered Design process, ensuring the right information is delivered at the right time and in the right way for our users.
Balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
Collaborate with User Researchers, Product Designers, and UX Leads across all stages of design, from discovery to detailed design production, ensuring content is backed by research and user insights.
Contribute to the evolution of our design language and design system, enhancing consistency and clarity across products.
Advocate for user-centered design principles, providing recommendations that support our digital roadmap and content strategy.
Stay updated on emerging trends and industry best practices, applying these to improve our design and development processes.
Upskill and educate the UX team, championing content design and promoting best practices across the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, IT, SEO, etc.) to improve user journeys across digital platforms.
The Person
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
2 to 5 years of content design experience, with a portfolio or samples that showcase your ability to produce effective, user-centered content.
A deep understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and how to design content that meets those standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to pitch, present, and influence design decisions clearly and confidently.
The ability to think creatively and find content solutions that strike the right balance between user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
A proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset, with a passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
