The Role
As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you will own and manage key sports brand relationships, driving long-term strategy and collaboration. Acting as a center of excellence, you will work closely with commercial teams to maximize brand potential while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a section of the sports brand portfolio, driving brand growth and performance.
Support long-term planning and strategy for brands outside the top-tier partnerships.
Develop strong relationships with brand representatives, conducting regular meetings to drive collaboration and performance.
Gain deep insight into brand goals, positioning, and market needs to create mutual success.
Maintain operational scorecards to track performance against monthly KPIs.
Identify and manage key strategic priorities for each brand in alignment with business objectives.
Deliver cross-functional project and initiative implementation.
Oversee weekly and monthly performance tracking and reporting, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
Conduct in-depth market and category analysis for assigned brands.
Manage day-to-day branded queries, escalating when necessary.
The Person
5+ years experience in brand partnerships, relationship management, or account management within retail, sports, or agency settings.
Proven ability to build and manage brand partnerships, fostering long-term relationships.
Strong commercial acumen with a balance of strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Experience in understanding and leveraging commercial data to drive performance.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Valid working rights for EMEA countries.
