The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing a comprehensive social media strategy aimed at driving brand growth, audience engagement and traffic to the eCommerce platform and other channels. You’ll oversee the creation and curation of visually compelling content, working closely with creative, PR, and marketing teams to align assets with the brand’s aesthetic and voice. Managing and growing the social media community will be a key focus, ensuring high levels of engagement and brand loyalty through active interaction.

Using analytics tools, you will monitor and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies based on key metrics like engagement, growth, and ROI. Integration across channels will be essential, ensuring that social media efforts are aligned with broader marketing campaigns and product launches. Staying ahead of trends in social media, luxury beauty, and content creation will keep the brand at the forefront of innovation, while managing the social media budget to ensure efficient use of resources.

The Person

You’re a dynamic social media marketing professional with proven experience, particularly within the beauty or luxury sectors. You’ve successfully launched and managed campaigns targeting the US market, growing social media followings, increasing engagement, and driving conversions across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. With a strong entrepreneurial mindset, you thrive on taking ownership of projects, being resourceful, and pushing initiatives forward with minimal direction and cost.

Your communication skills are top-tier, allowing you to create captivating, brand-appropriate content, and you excel at working with influencers to manage partnerships and track their success. You’re proficient in using social media analytics tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and Hootsuite, giving you the insights needed to fine-tune strategies.
