Now, they’re looking for an SEO Manager to take their organic strategy to the next level.

The Role

As SEO Manager, you’ll own and drive the organic search strategy, ensuring the brand stays ahead of the competition. You’ll work across technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building to boost visibility, drive traffic, and maximize revenue. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things SEO.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute an SEO strategy to increase organic visibility and drive conversions
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, content, and internal linking
Manage technical SEO projects, working with developers to enhance site speed, indexing, and crawlability
Oversee content strategy, ensuring all content is search-friendly and aligned with brand positioning
Build and maintain a strong backlink profile through outreach and partnerships
Track and report on SEO performance, using data to refine and improve strategies
Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates to keep the brand at the cutting edge

The Person

You’re an SEO pro with a passion for digital growth and a deep understanding of how search engines work. Analytical, creative, and commercially driven, you know how to balance technical expertise with content strategy to achieve big results.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in an SEO-focused role, ideally within e-commerce or retail
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
  • Technical SEO expertise, including site architecture, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals
  • Content SEO experience—understanding of keyword research, copy optimization, and search intent
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience managing link-building campaigns and digital PR outreach
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work with teams across marketing, content, and development
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving
