What does the role look like?
- SEO Leadership: Spearhead and enhance SEO performance, ensuring continuous optimization and growth.
- Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the SEO Manager to craft and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy and roadmap for the site.
- Keyword Research & Technical Support: Conduct in-depth keyword research and address technical site issues to align with the SEO strategy.
- Team Leadership: Oversee the SEO team’s operations, including probation reviews, one-on-one meetings, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and participation in the brand’s annual performance evaluations.
- Link Building Campaigns: Partner with the SEO Manager to execute effective SEO link-building initiatives.
- Industry Best Practices: Stay informed about industry trends and actively contribute to the adoption of best practices.
