The Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the growth of our skincare, body care and aroma categories. Collaborating closely with the Head of Brand Marketing and other teams, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, product launches, and activities to drive continued market success.
You will oversee skincare product launches and work with global teams to implement National Activity Plans. A key part of your role will involve planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns, managing significant media budgets to ensure brand messaging is impactful and consumer-focused. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution of product launches across all consumer touchpoints.
Market analysis will be a critical component, where you will use insights to inform strategy and pricing decisions, and present these findings to senior management and retail partners. You will also play an important role in inspiring and coaching the Assistant Product Manager, fostering a culture of creativity and strategic growth within the team.
Representing the brand company and retailer meetings, you will ensure that stakeholders are aligned on brand activities. Furthermore, you will collaborate with regulatory teams to develop TVC scripts, ensuring brand messaging remains compliant and engaging.
The Person
You should have a degree in Marketing and at least three years of experience in the FMCG or beauty industry, preferably in skincare. A strong background in campaign management, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement is essential, along with excellent leadership skills. We’re looking for someone who is creative, proactive, and commercially focused, with a genuine passion for customers and strong communication abilities.
