Our client, a leading fashion giant in the sector are searching for a Senior Product Designer to join the Product Design team. You will create experiences that delight the end users whilst collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, optimisation and trading teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prototyping and Wire-framing: Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma
- Maintain a strong awareness of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to influence design decisions.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization, educating team members on the value of UX and usability
- Experience mentoring junior designers within digital
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all product touch-points. Ensure best practise and governance are upheld with the maintenance our our Design Systems
- Create detailed design documentation and specifications to communicate design decisions effectively
Key Skills:
- Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a bonus but not required
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across web and mobile applications
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices for creating intuitive, accessible, and responsive digital experiences
- Experience in working for fashion / retail based brands
