The Role

The brand is on the hunt for a Senior Paid Social Executive to join its fearless marketing squad. This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins on a mix of high-impact paid social campaigns – from fast-paced, ROI-driven activity to longer-term, brand storytelling pieces that spark real connection.

You’ll be working across multiple brands in a truly varied portfolio, partnering with creative and performance marketing teams to execute smart, scroll-stopping campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and beyond. This role isn’t just about pushing buttons on ad platforms. it’s about owning strategy, making sharp commercial calls, and turning insight into action.

From testing new creative formats to introducing platform innovations, you’ll have the freedom to experiment and the backing to drive real results. You’ll sit in a space where data meets creative, where every campaign is an opportunity to stand out AND stand for something.

The Person

You’re already a bit of a paid social pro, with around 2+ years of experience under your belt, ideally across both performance and creative campaigns. You get what it means to drive results, whether that’s through smart targeting, clever budgeting, or compelling ad storytelling. You know your way around Meta and TikTok Ads Manager, and you’re not afraid to challenge the norm if it means better outcomes.

But beyond the platforms and metrics, you bring energy, initiative, and curiosity. You’re not just running campaigns, you’re spotting trends, championing new ideas, and constantly pushing for better. Whether it’s collaborating with creatives, diving into dashboards, or jumping into a brainstorm, you show up with commercial awareness, creative flair, and a passion for what’s next.
