The Role
This role will lead the development and execution of a high-performing paid media strategy across key platforms, driving ambitious growth and brand awareness. The position involves managing campaigns end-to-end, from planning and optimisation to performance reporting and budget ownership. Collaboration is key, working closely with creative, social and external agency partners to deliver innovative, on-brand campaigns. The role also requires strong stakeholder management, using data-driven insights to inform strategy and deliver measurable results. With a focus on new market expansion and continuous improvement, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing beauty brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead paid media strategy and campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other key channels to drive growth and brand awareness.
Manage budgets, reporting, and performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimise results.
Collaborate with creative, social, and external agency partners to deliver impactful, on-brand campaigns.
Support international expansion and explore new platforms and initiatives to fuel future growth.
The person
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid social and search (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Proven experience managing budgets and driving measurable growth through paid channels, ensuring healthy new vs returning customer rate, CaC and LTV improvements and profitability are all at the heart of campaigns.
- A quick learner who’s able to prioritise action and keep on top of timelines for media and creative partners.
- Experience in multi-market media planning, with focus on USA growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and collaborating with agencies.
- Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting tools.
- Creative thinker who understands how to balance performance with brand storytelling.
- Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
