The Role

The Senior Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Director and CMO in executing brand strategy, marketing operations, and activations across a diverse restaurant portfolio. This position requires a strategic yet hands-on approach, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly while working closely with key stakeholders across the business.

The role involves overseeing the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and initiatives. It includes managing menu updates and rollouts while maintaining brand consistency across multiple locations. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for briefing and coordinating creative teams and agencies, ensuring the timely development of high-quality marketing assets. Media planning and brand activations will be a core part of the role, ensuring maximum impact across digital and traditional channels.

Additionally, the role requires developing and implementing local marketing plans in collaboration with restaurant teams and PR, as well as acting as a key liaison between internal teams, agencies, and suppliers. There will be opportunities to represent the marketing team in senior stakeholder meetings and travel to restaurant locations for on-the-ground activations when needed.

The Person

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, highly organized, and resilient marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Experience in multi-brand restaurant groups, hospitality, or high-profile consumer brands is essential, with a background in high-street brands being an advantage. This role requires someone who can think strategically while also rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns effectively.

Strong stakeholder management skills are crucial, as the position involves working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines without missing a beat is a must. A proactive and independent mindset is essential, as is the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence. The ideal candidate will be a positive and adaptable team player who thrives in a high-energy, high-pressure environment.
