The Role

The Senior eCommerce Manager will join the Digital Hub based in London, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the digital growth of two fast-evolving brands with bold ambitions and a global reach. Reporting to the Ecommerce Director and managing two direct reports, the Senior eCommerce Manager will drive online trade performance across multiple markets, supported by a wider shared services team of digital specialists.

This role will be at the forefront of defining eCommerce strategy, owning trading activity and overseeing P&L to deliver ambitious revenue and KPI targets. Acting with a start-up mindset, the Senior eCommerce Manager will champion innovation, test-and-learn initiatives and data-driven decision-making to shape seamless customer journeys and immersive brand experiences. The position will involve close collaboration with international tech and brand teams, ensuring execution of best-in-class digital strategies that deliver commercial growth and enhance consumer satisfaction.

 

The Person

The successful candidate will be a digitally native, commercially focused professional with a proven track record in eCommerce, ideally within the beauty, skincare or lifestyle sectors. With at least six years’ experience, they will bring strong strategic and operational expertise, along with the agility and entrepreneurial mindset needed to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

They will demonstrate excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams while also working hands-on across all areas of digital trade. A data-driven mindset, analytical capability, and experience with tools such as Google Analytics and Contentsquare will be essential, alongside strong communication and project management skills. Above all, they will be proactive, collaborative and passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences that delight consumers and drive sustainable growth.
