The Role
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior CRM Manager to join our London team. Based at our Bond Street Head Office (2 days per week), this role will lead the development and execution of CRM and loyalty initiatives across the customer lifecycle. With a focus on personalisation, segmentation, and loyalty growth, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Salary: £80,000 per annum.
The Person
You’re an experienced CRM professional with a deep understanding of multi-channel campaigns, customer insights, and loyalty strategies. You bring at least 5 years’ experience in CRM within retail, fashion, or eCommerce, and have a strong command of tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Passionate about customer experience and brand storytelling, you’re both analytical and creative, confident managing senior stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, premium environment.
