The Role
We’re searching for a commercially savvy and creative Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of key categories across make-up, men’s grooming, and seasonal activations. This London-based role offers the chance to work cross-functionally with global HQ, creative agencies, and internal teams to deliver impactful launches, activity plans, and campaigns across all retail and digital channels. You’ll manage budgets, lead projects from concept to execution, and ensure product performance is optimised with robust analysis. Reporting into the Head of Brand Marketing, you’ll also inspire and mentor an Assistant Product Manager while playing a pivotal role in shaping strategy and driving growth in high-potential categories.

The Person
Experience in brand or product marketing, ideally within the beauty or retail space, you’ll bring a mix of commercial acumen and creative flair. You’ll have a strong track record of managing campaigns across multiple channels, from media planning to POS development, and will be confident presenting to senior stakeholders and retail partners. Analytical yet imaginative, you’ll thrive on bringing fresh ideas and solutions, while managing multiple projects and deadlines with ease. A natural team player and leader, you’ll have proven ability to coach and motivate others while building high-quality relationships both internally and externally.

The Offering

  • £60,000 base salary
