The Role

As a Partnership Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and expanding strategic alliances across cloud platforms, CRM ecosystems (including Salesforce), marketing technology providers, and system integrators. The ideal candidate is a commercially savvy, relationship-driven sales professional with deep understanding of partnership-led growth. 

Responsibilities

• Own and manage strategic partnerships across CRM, cloud and salesforce ecosystems.

• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through co-selling and joint pipeline development.

• Identify, onboard and enable new partners aligned to our service offering and target markets.

• Develop and execute joint business plans, including sales targets, pipeline metrics, and QBRs.

• Work closely with Salesforce and other ecosystem teams to align in field-level sales efforts and create win-win opportunities.

• Collaboarate with marketing teams to execute partner campaigns, events, and go-to-market initiative.

• Negotiate partnership agreements and manage performance dashboards and partner success metrics.

• Represent our client at ecosystem events, industry conferences and partner forums.

 

The Person

• Hands-on experience in partner sales, strategic alliances, or ecosystem business development.

• Proven track record of delivering against revenue targets through indirect or partner-led sales.

• Strong understanding of co-sell motions, partner incentives, and joint go-to-market planning.

• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and partner management tools.

• Salesforce ecosystem experience and certifications are a strong advantage.
