The Role
- Design and execute top-tier paid media strategies across social platforms like TikTok and Meta, with a dash of PPC, display ads, and programmatic media.
- Build and lead a team of paid media professionals, providing mentorship and support to help them thrive.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and key performance metrics.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring new platforms and technologies to keep our campaigns cutting-edge.
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets to ensure every penny drives maximum ROI.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for peak results.
- Develop comprehensive reporting to provide insights on ROI, benefiting both internal and client teams.
- Offer strategic advice to clients, using data-driven insights to guide decisions.
The Person
We’re after someone with experience in digital marketing, especially paid media, who has a solid track record of delivering strategies that hit and surpass targets. You should have experience leading a team, strong analytical skills to turn data into insights and the ability to communicate ideas clearly. We need someone with deep knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads, who can build strong client relationships and stay ahead of industry trends to keep driving improvements.
