A brilliant opportunity has emerged for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join the team on a Fixed Term Contract for up to 12 months. In this role, they’ll be the engine behind driving traffic and maximising ROI through various Paid Media channels, contributing directly to the success of a company known for its innovative approach to retail and its deep connection with customers across the UK.
This isn’t just another media role; it’s a chance to shape the Paid Media strategy for a beloved brand that’s always ahead of the curve in the grocery sector. They’ll be at the forefront of planning, developing, and executing campaigns across Paid Social, PPC, Google Shopping, and Display, all with the aim of delivering exceptional results that reflect the brand’s commitment to value and quality.
They’ll also have the opportunity to mentor and develop a Paid Media Manager, ensuring best practices are upheld across all channels. Daily optimisation will be their focus, with hands-on management of Paid Media activities and budgets to drive revenue growth and ROI. Defining KPI frameworks and establishing robust reporting processes will be key to their success, as will their ability to dive into research, analysis, and troubleshooting whenever the business needs it.
With a strong background in retail or media agency environments, they’ll thrive in the fast-paced world of grocery retail, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. Their commercial savvy will guide them in prioritising tasks that have the greatest impact on the business, and their project management skills will ensure everything is delivered efficiently, even against ambitious deadlines.
Collaboration is central to this role, as they’ll be working closely with online, marketing, and technology teams, translating Paid Media details into actionable insights for stakeholders across the business. Their attention to detail will be crucial, particularly when creating reports in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
In return, they’ll enjoy a benefits package that reflects the brand’s commitment to its people—think generous discounts at stores and restaurants, increasing holiday entitlement, a solid pension plan, and more. Plus, they’ll be joining a team that’s part of a brand renowned for its strong culture, where employees are valued, progression is encouraged, and the atmosphere is as supportive as it is dynamic.
This role offers more than just a 12-month contract; it’s a chance to contribute to the success of a brand that’s an iconic name in British retail, while also advancing their own career in a truly impactful way.
