The Role
As Head of Digital, you will lead the digital trading, CRM, and marketing functions to accelerate growth and establish a strong presence in the US market. Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for shaping the digital strategy, optimizing performance, and delivering best-in-class customer experiences. This is a London-based role with a global reach, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Trading: Own the end-to-end digital trading strategy, driving online sales and conversion through strategic planning and execution.
CRM & Customer Engagement: Develop and implement CRM strategies to maximize customer retention, personalization, and loyalty program effectiveness.
Marketing & Growth: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including performance marketing, SEO, and brand campaigns, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
US Market Expansion: Identify opportunities and strategies to drive brand awareness, acquisition, and growth in the US market.
Data & Analytics: Leverage analytics to track performance, optimize digital channels, and enhance customer experience.
Leadership & Collaboration: Manage a high-performing team, collaborating with cross-functional departments to align digital efforts with overall business goals.
The Person
We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially driven leader with a passion for digital commerce and international expansion. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in a senior digital role within retail, fashion, beauty, or consumer brands.
A strong background in digital trading, CRM, and performance marketing.
Experience in US market expansion and international digital growth strategies.
Data-driven decision-making skills with expertise in analytics tools.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, driving digital innovation and commercial success.
