As they scale their UK presence, they are looking for an Online Trading Manager to drive their eCommerce growth.
The Role:
As the Online Trading Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing online sales and driving performance across the brand’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform. You’ll analyze data, optimize the customer journey, and work cross-functionally with digital marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure the best possible online experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the day-to-day trading of the brand’s eCommerce site, optimizing conversion, AOV, and revenue performance
Use analytics to identify opportunities, drive strategy, and enhance the customer journey
Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimize campaigns across paid media, CRM, and SEO
Work closely with merchandising to ensure the right product mix and stock availability
Lead trading calendar execution, aligning promotions and campaigns with business objectives
Monitor and report on KPIs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
The Person:
Proven experience in eCommerce trading, preferably within fashion, luxury, or streetwear
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or trading dashboards
A commercial mindset with a deep understanding of online consumer behavior
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders
Passion for fashion, trends, and the digital landscape
