The Role
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Digital Trading Manager to take ownership of the digital trading strategy. In this role, you will lead and manage a team responsible for driving digital sales through strategic planning, campaign execution, and optimisation across multiple websites. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across digital marketing, brand marketing, product development, and customer experience to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement of digital sales performance.

Key responsibilities include:

Full accountability for digital sales performance, including managing day-to-day trading and reporting.

Leading the development of campaigns, brand strategies, and promotional activities to improve conversion rates and other key KPIs.

Shaping and managing seasonal sales analysis to maintain commercial awareness and inform business strategies.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute digital marketing, optimisation, and UX roadmaps.

Driving forward-looking strategies to enhance customer journeys, including checkout and on-site promotions.

The Person
The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with at least 5 years of experience in a similar digital role, ideally within retail or consumer brands. You will have a proven track record in digital trading, team management, and strategic planning, with a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales growth.

Key qualities:

Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel.

Experience driving both day-to-day improvements and large-scale strategic projects.

Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to set goals, develop teams, and contribute to broader business strategies.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Valid working rights for the UK.
