The Role
The eCommerce Trading Lead will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of the brand’s online store. This includes managing product listings, pricing strategies, promotional activity and on-site optimisation to maximise conversion and sales. The role will also involve monitoring key trading metrics, identifying trends and working with internal teams to align activity with broader business goals. Regular analysis and reporting will support performance reviews and help inform future trading decisions.
The Person
We’re looking for someone with solid eCommerce trading experience, ideally within a retail environment. You should be confident working with data to guide commercial decisions and have a good understanding of merchandising, conversion optimisation and trading calendars. Experience with ecommerce platforms and analytical tools is important, along with a methodical and commercially focused approach. An interest in the equestrian sector is welcome but not a requirement.
