The Brand
This fast-growing, flavour-led spirits company is on a mission to shake up the tequila and rum game with mid-to-low ABV drinks that actually taste great. The brand was born in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, when two complete strangers met on holiday, took a questionable shot of local tequila and instantly knew – there had to be a better way.
That moment sparked the idea to create a spirit that didn’t make people pull that face. Fast forward to now, and their flagship flavoured tequila is doing exactly that – no winces, no regrets, just a smooth shot people genuinely enjoy. With strong backing, growing retail presence, and a buzzing customer base, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth.
The Role
The company is now looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to support across brand marketing, influencer and CRM. This person will work closely with the founders and the wider team to help bring the brand to life across digital and offline channels, build a community of engaged fans, and keep the momentum going as the brand scales.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting brand campaign rollouts across social, digital, and events
Managing day-to-day influencer and brand ambassador activity – from sourcing the right talent to briefing and relationship-building
Assisting with CRM and email marketing efforts to ensure ongoing customer engagement
Helping bring the brand to life through exciting partnerships, PR and activation moments
Maintaining a consistent brand tone and identity across all channels
The Person
The ideal candidate will have experience in a brand, marketing or influencer-focused role, whether that’s in-house or agency side. They’ll have a strong grasp of the social and influencer landscape and ideally some hands-on experience managing creator partnerships.
A natural storyteller with a great eye for content and an instinct for tone of voice, they’ll be confident bringing a brand to life across different platforms. While experience with CRM and email marketing is a bonus, what’s more important is a genuine willingness to learn and get stuck in. This person will thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and be comfortable working independently as part of a fully remote team. A background in consumer-facing industries like drinks, lifestyle, fashion or beauty would be a great fit, but above all, they’ll bring energy, fresh ideas, and a proactive mindset to the table.
