The Role

The Brand Director will be the driving force behind the brand’s identity, storytelling and creative execution. Tasked with building a globally loved, household name, they will lead the development of brand strategy and oversee the delivery of standout 360 campaigns across all major channels — from social and digital to TV, OOH and PR. With a keen eye for both culture and commerce, they will shape and evolve the brand’s voice, ensuring it’s consistently brought to life across every touchpoint.

Working closely with cross-functional teams and leading a high-performing marketing and creative department, they will ensure that all brand activity supports growth goals, elevates visual identity, and inspires the community. From building innovative brand campaigns that connect emotionally with audiences, to partnering with performance marketing to add a storytelling layer to acquisition activity, this person will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the brand. They’ll also lead content direction and execution, ensuring visual output is world-class and customer journeys are engaging and commercially optimised. Social-first thinking will sit at the heart of this role, with a clear focus on growing the brand’s digital presence, building community engagement, and driving authentic relationships through influencers and ambassadors.

The Brand Director will also be responsible for driving localised strategies as the business expands internationally — with a focus on launching and growing the brand in the US market through culturally relevant content and partnerships. They’ll lead on key brand moments across the year, working with agencies and media partners to amplify campaigns that leave a lasting impact. With a sharp understanding of consumer trends and cultural shifts, they’ll use insight to fuel creative strategy and ensure campaigns resonate across territories.

The Person

The ideal candidate is a visionary brand leader with deep experience in fashion, lifestyle or beauty. They’re culturally aware, creatively driven and commercially minded — someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and knows how to turn brand ambition into tangible results. With a strong understanding of both the UK and US markets, they’ll bring a blend of strategic thinking, creative instinct and leadership prowess. Confident leading teams and collaborating across departments, they’ll be just as comfortable in the detail of a content plan as they are presenting big-picture brand strategy. Above all, they’ll be passionate about building brands that mean something — those that connect, inspire and create lasting impact.
