The Role

As the Senior Customer Loyalty & Insights Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of the brand’s eCommerce growth. Your mission will be to dive deep into customer data, deliver actionable insights and shape strategies that elevate customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Management: Work with tools like mParticle and Snowflake to manage and integrate data from CRM systems, transactional databases, and web analytics.
  • Customer Insights & Segmentation: Analyze customer behaviors, identify trends, and build segments based on demographics and purchase patterns to optimize targeting and personalization.
  • Advanced Analytics: Conduct churn analysis, lifetime value modeling, and cohort analysis to understand and predict customer behavior.
  • Visualization & Reporting: Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, making complex data easy to understand for stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure data-driven decision-making supports the brand’s broader goals.

The Person

You’re an analytical powerhouse with a passion for turning data into meaningful insights that drive real results. With experience in customer segmentation and loyalty strategies, you bring a strong technical skill set that includes proficiency in CRM systems, analytics platforms, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL. You have a knack for simplifying complex data into actionable insights and presenting them effectively to stakeholders. Your sharp problem-solving abilities, collaborative mindset, and proactive approach make you thrive in fast-paced environments.
