The Role
A newly created opportunity for a Key Account Manager to lead and grow the brand’s presence with key retailers and partners. You’ll manage existing accounts, drive new business (particularly within the supermarket space), and collaborate closely with internal teams on forecasting, pricing, and product sell-in. From trade shows to product launches, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how the brand shows up across wholesale and retail.
The Person
You’ll bring experience in homeware, gifting, or greetings cards, with a strong understanding of major UK retail accounts—and ideally some exposure to the US market too. Commercially minded with a proven track record in growing sales for an SME, you’re confident managing key relationships, negotiating margins, and making sure the customer experience runs smoothly from pitch to shelf. Passion for creative brands and a proactive, team-first approach are key.
