Based in NW8, this is a small but mighty team with big plans, looking for someone equally ambitious to help drive international growth across multiple exciting territories.

The Role

As the International Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading global sales and distribution across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, reporting directly to the General Manager and Head of Brands. This is a commercial and strategic role, where you’ll be managing key distributor and retail relationships while identifying new market opportunities and growth avenues. From crafting and executing international sales strategies to attending trade shows and negotiating commercial agreements, you’ll be right at the heart of the brand’s global expansion. You’ll also work closely with marketing teams to align retail campaigns, support influencer activations, and ensure each brand is positioned perfectly across mid to premium market spaces. Alongside the commercial side, there’s a strong operational element – supporting logistics, managing stock flows, and ensuring products land in the right place, at the right time, every time.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who’s got a strong commercial instinct and a real passion for building brand presence internationally. You’ll ideally come from a background in baby, lifestyle, fashion, or toys, with experience managing sales across multiple regions. You’ll be a natural relationship builder, confident in handling key accounts and negotiating complex deals, while also bringing fresh ideas to the table when it comes to growing market share. A solid understanding of distribution, pricing strategy, and international retail dynamics is key – as is the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance. You’ll need to be fluent in English, with any additional European languages seen as a bonus, and happy to travel as needed to build those all-important global connections.
