The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Website who can take our digital experience to the next level. This is a senior, strategic role responsible for driving the development, optimisation, and overall performance of our website and future digital platforms. You’ll own the website roadmap, ensuring it aligns with our wider commercial and brand goals, and you’ll work across teams to ensure we deliver an online experience that feels premium, performs flawlessly, and converts efficiently. From managing external dev partners to leading content strategy and working closely with trading on conversion rate optimisation, this is an opportunity to shape the direction of a high-growth brand’s most critical channel. You’ll need to obsess over every detail, from page load speed to user journeys, from mobile UX to site-wide SEO strategy. Above all, your mission is simple: make the website a best-in-class showcase for our brand and a powerful driver of growth.
The Person
You’re a digital leader who sees the website as more than just a storefront – it’s a living, evolving product. You’ve worked with luxury or high-end consumer brands, ideally in the D2C space, and have experience managing complex product offerings that include personalisation and variants. You’re fluent in UX, SEO, content strategy, and analytics, and you know how to bring cross-functional teams together to make things happen. Shopify isn’t new to you – you know how to get the most out of it. You’ve led digital teams, managed agencies, and understand what it takes to drive performance without compromising brand integrity. You care deeply about the customer journey, can think strategically while delivering tactically, and thrive in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment.
