A leading name in the jewellery industry is on the hunt for a dynamic Head of SEO to take their organic search strategy to the next level! With multiple sub-brands under their umbrella, they have established themselves as a key player in luxury, ethical, and custom-made jewellery. Now, they’re looking for an SEO expert who can shape and execute an innovative, results-driven strategy that boosts visibility, drives revenue, and enhances their digital presence.
The Role
As the Head of SEO, you will lead the vision for search engine optimisation, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of organic search. You will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing SEO team, setting clear objectives, and providing development pathways. Your expertise in SEO will be crucial in driving continuous improvements, identifying trends, and proactively sharing insights across the business.
You will take full ownership of SEO initiatives that directly impact revenue growth, working closely with external agencies to manage and execute strategic projects seamlessly. A key part of your role will be to implement ongoing optimisation processes, ensuring that SEO performance remains on an upward trajectory. Additionally, you will champion SEO literacy across the business, making data-driven decisions and effectively communicating key trends and opportunities.
The Person
The ideal candidate is a seasoned SEO professional with a proven track record in leading successful strategies and driving long-term growth. You should have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, making data-backed decisions, and balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. Strong leadership skills are essential, as you will be responsible for developing and inspiring a high-performing team. A deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategies, and link-building is required, along with confidence in working closely with agencies and external partners.
