The Role
The Head of Retail Media will lead the group’s retail media strategy, driving sales, partnerships, and revenue growth. This role will be instrumental in developing the retail media business, working with brand partners to enhance advertising capabilities and commercial impact.
Overseeing the company’s retail media business, the role involves leveraging first-party data and advanced technology to unlock insights, activation strategies, and measurement solutions. Strong relationship-building skills will be essential in promoting the retail media solution and driving commercial success.
Working with internal product teams and retail media technology partners, the Head of Retail Media will drive innovation while ensuring alignment with commercial objectives. The role will also focus on educating stakeholders, securing external monetisation opportunities, and maintaining strong industry relationships.
Staying ahead of market trends and consumer behaviour is key, alongside contributing to thought leadership and industry advancements.
The Person
The ideal candidate has proven experience in retail media or digital advertising, with expertise in audience targeting, media activation, and strategic leadership. A strong understanding of media and account management with global brands is essential, along with an analytical mindset and ability to identify new revenue opportunities.
