The Role
We’re on the hunt for a commercially minded and results-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead the charge on digital acquisition, media planning, and channel optimisation. Based in Manchester Trafford Park, you’ll take ownership of a multimillion-pound budget across paid search, paid social, affiliates, SEO, display, programmatic, and YouTube. This senior leadership role will see you driving profitable growth, customer acquisition, and retail footfall by building best-in-class performance strategies that are data-led and commercially focused. You’ll work hand in hand with analytics, brand, CRM, and eCommerce teams to deliver a full-funnel approach, while leading and developing an ambitious in-house team alongside top-tier media and affiliate agencies.

The Person
You’ll bring extensive experience in leading performance marketing at scale, ideally within retail or omnichannel environments, with direct ownership of significant media budgets (£10m+). Commercially sharp and highly analytical, you’ll have a deep understanding of acquisition metrics, attribution modelling, and customer behaviour, paired with mastery of key platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic DSPs, and affiliate networks. A natural leader and collaborator, you’ll be confident developing teams, managing agencies, and presenting at senior level. Most importantly, you’ll be a strategic thinker with a test-and-learn mindset — balancing upper-funnel growth initiatives with hard-edged profitability targets.
