The Role

In this role, you’ll be shaping the brand across the UK & Ireland, translating their global strategy to maximize local sales while staying true to their brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Building: Lead impactful 360° campaigns across all channels.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with media and brands to boost awareness.
  • PR Management: Oversee PR events and agency relationships.
  • Social Media: Localize and drive our social media strategy, including influencer programs.
  • Retail Marketing: Enhance in-store and online traffic and sales.
  • Digital Marketing: Implement a robust omnichannel approach.
  • Consistency: Ensure uniform brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance engagement and lifetime value.
  • Budget Management: Handle the local marketing budget and P&L.
  • Leadership: Inspire and lead the UK & IE Marketing team.

  • Industry Expertise: Extensive marketing experience in Fashion, Beauty, or Wellbeing.
  • Strategy Implementation: Proven ability to execute multichannel brand strategies.
  • Innovative Engagement: Strong track record in customer engagement.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated success in delivering positive commercial outcomes.
  • Leadership: Skilled in building and leading high-performance teams.
  • Collaborative: Effective in cross-functional and matrix organization settings.
  • Commercial Savvy: Proficient in budget management and media strategies.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and responsive to changing market dynamics.

  • CRM Expertise: Proven success in customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analytical Skills: Solid understanding of market research and data analysis.
