The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially driven Head of Growth Marketing to own the customer growth engine across acquisition, retention, and revenue optimisation. You’ll lead key digital marketing functions including paid media, CRM/lifecycle, affiliates, and SEO, driving performance across all channels. Working closely with ecommerce, data, and creative teams, you’ll build and execute data-informed strategies that fuel sustainable growth. This is a senior leadership role with a high level of visibility, impact, and autonomy—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth DTC environment.
The Person
You’re a results-oriented growth marketer with deep experience in digital performance and customer lifecycle marketing within a DTC or ecommerce setting. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and you’re confident owning large budgets, managing cross-functional teams, and reporting to senior leadership. You bring strong analytical skills, a test-and-learn mindset, and a proven ability to scale revenue while improving efficiency. You’re curious, commercially sharp, and passionate about creating customer-first experiences that convert—and you’re ready to take a leading role in shaping the future of a disruptive beauty brand.
