The Role
We’re looking for a visionary Head of eCommerce to take full ownership of the brand’s digital strategy and deliver an exceptional online customer experience. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for driving eCommerce performance, optimising trading, and leading a talented digital team to deliver best-in-class execution. You’ll oversee everything from online merchandising and UX to digital marketing and customer journey optimisation, ensuring seamless integration across all channels. With a strong commercial focus, you’ll be accountable for hitting revenue and growth targets while continuously evolving the brand’s digital presence to stay ahead in a competitive retail landscape.
The Person
You’ll be an accomplished digital leader with significant eCommerce experience in retail, ideally within fashion or lifestyle. Strategic yet hands-on, you’ll have a proven track record in driving online growth, managing budgets, and leading high-performing teams. You’ll bring strong knowledge across trading, digital marketing, and UX, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies. Commercially astute and customer-obsessed, you’ll know how to balance creativity with results, inspiring your team and senior stakeholders alike. Above all, you’ll be a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering digital excellence.
