With a significant budget and an ambitious vision, it is looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Digital to lead its performance marketing, e-commerce, and digital transformation efforts.
The Role
The Head of Digital will be responsible for driving the brand’s digital strategy, ensuring scalable growth, and enhancing its online presence. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, this role will take ownership of all digital channels, leading a high-performing in-house team and managing key agency relationships. The role demands a commercial mindset, with a focus on customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize performance. With full control of a large marketing budget, the Head of Digital will be tasked with optimizing spend, improving ROI, and continuously refining digital initiatives to ensure long-term success.
