The Role

As Head of Brand & Communications, you’ll be the strategic voice behind how this legendary brand presents itself—across every channel, conversation, and campaign. Sitting as a key part of the leadership team, you’ll drive the brand strategy forward, ensuring consistency and clarity across internal messaging, external communications, corporate storytelling, digital content, and crisis management.

You’ll craft a strong and compelling corporate narrative, lead all brand storytelling initiatives, and build out internal comms strategies that truly connect with employees. You’ll also be the go-to for employer branding, partnering with HR to ensure culture and values are more than just words on a wall. Digital will play a big part in this too, with you overseeing content for web, social, and corporate platforms, ensuring the brand voice is not just heard, but felt.

This is a brand that’s rebuilding, evolving, and reigniting its presence in the market—so you’ll also be dialled into sentiment tracking, performance metrics, and brand health to constantly optimise and adapt. Whether you’re shaping investor communications, writing a speech for the CEO, or handling a reputational risk, you’ll always be thinking strategically and acting decisively.

The Person

You’re a natural storyteller and strategic thinker who can see the big picture without losing sight of the detail. With a background in brand leadership and corporate comms, you’re confident operating in fast-paced, high-impact environments and you know how to navigate both proactive and reactive communications with ease. You bring clarity in chaos, empathy in messaging, and consistency in voice.

You’re just as comfortable in front of a camera giving a corporate update as you are behind the scenes writing executive speeches. You understand the power of a strong internal culture and know how to translate values into meaningful communication that resonates. Insight-led, creative, and collaborative—you bring energy, integrity, and a sense of ownership that makes people trust your voice and your vision.
