How You’ll Contribute:

You’ll manage the creative briefing process, execute email builds, and handle the scheduling, testing, and deployment of customer email campaigns. You’ll also optimize email communications using a test-and-learn approach, grow our SMS communications, analyse performance, and plan the Email Calendar in line with promotions. Collaboration with stores and E-commerce teams to align communications is key.

What You Bring:

You have 2-3 years of experience in email marketing or campaign management, preferably with an ESP like Klaviyo. You come from an Ecommerce background and are familiar with email marketing best practices. You’re commercially minded, have strong analytical skills (Google Analytics is a plus), and pay keen attention to detail. Being a proactive team player with excellent grammar and familiarity with tools like ASANA will set you apart.
