The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced E-commerce Manager to play a key role in driving the brand’s e-commerce performance. In this newly created position, the E-commerce Manager will be responsible for shaping the global digital trading strategy and driving high-performance growth across the online store.
The E-commerce Manager will take full ownership of the day-to-day operations, working closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and maximise revenue. This is a fantastic chance for someone passionate about data-driven decision-making, customer experience, and digital performance to make an impact on a rapidly growing brand.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborating with senior leadership to define and implement a global e-commerce trading strategy.
Driving revenue growth by optimising conversion rates, reducing basket abandonment, and increasing average order value (AOV).
Managing the day-to-day operations of the online store, ensuring product and collection performance are at their best.
Utilising analytics tools to assess website performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Leading trade meetings to review performance, identify commercial opportunities and plan for key trading moments.
Overseeing online visual merchandising and ensuring product listings, descriptions and imagery are optimised for conversions.
Working closely with the merchandising team to monitor product performance and ensure effective stock management.
Collaborating with marketing and creative teams to manage campaigns, promotions and new product launches.
Managing the customer app, ensuring a seamless experience from browsing to checkout.
Implementing A/B testing for creative elements such as visuals and copy to improve engagement and conversion.
Using customer data and insights to personalise the shopping experience, driving tailored content and recommendations.
Coordinating SEO-driven content to enhance search visibility, customer engagement and conversion rates.
The Person
The ideal candidate for the E-commerce Manager role will have:
5+ years of experience in an e-commerce role, ideally within the fashion, beauty or luxury sectors.
Extensive experience using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and performance analytics tools.
A proven track record of improving front-end customer experiences and successfully executing e-commerce campaigns.
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to extract key insights and turn them into actionable performance improvements.
Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience collaborating with marketing and creative teams to optimise the online experience.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience in performance marketing (e.g., paid media and CRM) is a plus, but not essential.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A self-starter who is highly motivated and thrives in a team-based setting.
