The Company:
We are a growing luxury jewellery brand based in the heart of London, known for our exquisite craftsmanship and timeless designs. With a strong heritage and a loyal customer base, we are now expanding our digital presence to bring our unique collections to a global audience. We pride ourselves on offering a premium customer experience both online and in-store, and we are seeking an eCommerce Manager to play a key role in driving our online growth and digital strategy.
The Role:
As the eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our online store, ensuring that the digital customer journey reflects the luxury status of our brand. This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to shape and grow the digital arm of the business. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure the seamless execution of eCommerce strategies that drive sales growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce site, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and alignment with brand standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and average order value while maintaining brand integrity.
- Manage the product catalogue, including product listings, descriptions, imagery, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver digital campaigns, product launches, and promotions that are fully integrated across all channels.
- Use data-driven insights to optimise the website for performance, improving UX/UI, and refining the customer journey.
- Lead SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing efforts to drive traffic and grow the brand’s online presence.
- Manage external partners and agencies including developers, digital marketing agencies, and third-party logistics providers.
- Track and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to enhance performance and drive growth.
- Stay updated on luxury retail trends and eCommerce best practices, ensuring we are at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Lead on-site content updates, from new product launches to seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure mobile optimisation, making the customer experience seamless across devices.
The Person:
We are looking for a passionate and commercially-minded eCommerce professional with experience in the luxury or premium sector. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be excited about the opportunity to grow and shape the future of the brand’s digital presence.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in managing an eCommerce platform (Shopify, Magento, or similar) within the luxury or premium retail sector.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience working on SEO, SEM, and digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Highly data-driven with a solid understanding of Google Analytics, A/B testing, and other performance tools.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in driving online sales and growth.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- A keen eye for luxury branding and attention to detail in everything you do.
- Experience working within a fast-growing environment where you’ve scaled processes, tools, and teams is a plus.
