The Role

As the eCommerce Lead, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation. Your mission is to drive the growth of our DTC websites and Amazon platforms with innovative strategies and meticulous execution. You will:

  • Build, Enhance & Innovate: Shape and expand our digital footprint by guiding external agencies and leading the development of our online assets to enhance productivity and UX/UI.
  • Develop, Implement & Maintain e-Activation Plans: Create and execute comprehensive e-activation plans for our DTC sites and partners, ensuring alignment with our broader marketing objectives.
  • Performance Management & Communication: Utilize data insights to optimize the customer journey, ensuring profitability and growth. Communicate performance metrics effectively to collaborate with commercial, marketing teams, and management.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid media, email marketing, and CRM, to drive traffic, boost conversions, and engage our audience.
  • Amazon Strategy: Develop and execute our Amazon strategy, including product listings, advertising, and inventory management, to maximize sales and brand visibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, commercial, and finance teams to align online campaigns, manage inventory, and analyze performance.

The Person

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce professional with a proven track record of managing digital growth for consumer brands. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven Experience: Over 5 years of eCommerce management experience, particularly with consumer brands.
  • Tools Expertise: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Plus, and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Hands-on experience in planning and executing paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, and CRM for eCommerce platforms.
  • Amazon Knowledge: Strong grasp of Amazon marketplace management, including listing optimization, AMS, and FBA/FBM.
  • Analytical Mindset: A structured problem solver with experience using data tools to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with marketing, commercial, and finance teams.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, hands-on individual with a passion for beauty, eager to build and grow from the ground up.
