The Brand
A well-established fashion and lifestyle retailer with a strong digital presence and ambitious growth plans. This brand is widely recognised for its customer-first ethos, innovative thinking, and collaborative internal culture. As part of a wider digital transformation, the business is continuing to invest in its ecommerce function to enhance performance, drive conversion, and optimise the online customer journey across all channels.

The Role
This Ecommerce Analyst role sits within the core ecommerce team and will be instrumental in driving the financial performance of the website. The position is focused on unlocking actionable insights from customer behaviour, site engagement, product performance, stock availability, and marketing effectiveness. Working cross-functionally, the role will support decision-making with data and help inform the overall digital trading strategy. You’ll be responsible for identifying website and customer journey optimisations, improving conversion, and delivering regular insight into campaign performance and ROI. This is a hands-on, highly analytical role requiring someone comfortable working across multiple data sets, platforms, and teams. You’ll be expected to take full ownership of analytics tools and ensure data quality and integrity across reporting outputs. There will also be a strong focus on customer-centricity, ensuring that insight drives continuous improvements in both user experience and online commercial performance.

The Person
We’re looking for a commercially-minded, data-led digital professional with experience in web analytics, ecommerce reporting, and customer behaviour analysis. You’ll be naturally curious and proactive, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful stories and actionable outcomes. You should have strong experience working with enterprise-level tools such as Google Analytics, Coremetrics, or ContentSquare, and a working knowledge of SQL and Power BI. Advanced Excel skills are essential, along with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets. You’ll need to be confident working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable engaging with stakeholders across ecommerce, marketing, and trading. The right person will be highly organised, a natural problem-solver, and motivated by continual improvement and commercial impact. A strong understanding of digital marketing, onsite performance, and customer journey optimisation will set you apart in this role.
