The Role

Marketing Strategy & Planning
You’ll take ownership of the solar marketing strategy, building and coordinating plans with clear budgets and timelines. Your goal is to deliver impactful activities, measure success and continuously optimize the digital presence to drive growth and innovation.
Content Excellence
You’ll ensure the website is packed with engaging, relevant and informative content that instills confidence in potential customers and inspires them to take action.
Traffic Growth
By collaborating with digital marketing, CRM, social media, in-store teams and agencies, you’ll drive increased traffic to the solar solutions website. Your efforts will focus on strategic coverage and optimizing marketing spend to ensure maximum ROI.
Data-Driven Insights
You’ll work closely with analytics teams to set up robust reporting, track key performance indicators and identify insights that fuel continuous improvement and bold decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration
As a key contact for solar marketing, you’ll bridge the gap between teams, ensuring smooth coordination with internal departments and external partners to align on goals and execution.
Digital Representation
You’ll champion solar solutions within the wider digital and marketing teams, ensuring visibility and alignment with commercial objectives while advocating for innovative, customer-focused digital experiences.
The Person
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a solid foundation of at least four years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or eCommerce. We’re looking for a true “digital/marketing all-rounder” who has worked across various functions and channels, building a comprehensive understanding of key metrics such as traffic, ROAS/ROI and conversion rates. If you’re a self-starter who thrives under deadlines and enjoys being a collaborative team player, this could be the role for you.
You’ll bring excellent planning skills to the table, capable of budgeting, building campaigns, presenting timelines, and ensuring successful delivery. Strong stakeholder management will also be key—you should be comfortable building relationships with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring everyone is aligned on deliverables, dependencies and risks.
A strategic mindset is essential, enabling you to deliver effectively on marketing and business requirements. You’ll also need a proactive approach to utilizing data-driven insights, translating these into meaningful actions that drive results. Your ability to summarize performance and provide clear, actionable insights will set you apart.
