Now, the business is looking to accelerate its US market expansion with a dynamic digital leader at the helm.

The Role

As the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for spearheading the company’s digital growth, with a core focus on expanding into the US market. This role will oversee all aspects of digital trading, CRM, and marketing, ensuring a seamless and profitable customer journey. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute a high-impact digital strategy, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a digital strategy to break into the US market, optimizing online performance and customer engagement.
  • Oversee digital trading, ensuring strong commercial performance across eCommerce, marketplaces, and third-party platforms.
  • Lead CRM strategy, enhancing customer segmentation, retention, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Drive digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, social, and content to increase brand visibility in the US.
  • Partner with merchandising, operations, and logistics teams to streamline digital customer experience and conversion.
  • Utilize analytics and data insights to make strategic decisions and continuously optimize performance.

The Person

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially driven digital leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling digital businesses internationally, ideally with exposure to the US market.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in digital trading, CRM, and digital marketing, ideally within fashion, retail, or accessories.
  • A track record of driving digital growth and expansion, particularly in new markets.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in eCommerce performance, conversion rate optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to navigate a growing, evolving business.
