The Role:

As a Digital Product Manager, you will:

  • Play a pivotal role in delivering the company’s Digital Transformation agenda, ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do.
  • Own the product lifecycle from inception through development, delivering maximum value and representing the voice of the customer throughout.
  • Be a key player in the platform migration effort, which is critical to the broader Digital Transformation programme, ensuring operational excellence during the transition.

The Person

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyse market trends and develop product roadmaps that drive customer-centric innovations.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Consistently monitor and analyse KPIs and metrics to enhance product performance.
  • UX Knowledge: Understand user experience (UX) principles to ensure the product meets user needs.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly convey product updates, successes, and value to business stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Forge strong relationships with key departments such as UX, IT, Optimisation, and Programme Management.
  • Business Acumen: Understand market trends and customer feedback to align products with business objectives.
  • Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with customer, business, and technology needs.
  • Data Analysis: Use strategic data analysis to make informed decisions and drive product development.
  • Advocacy: Act as a product champion within the organisation, advocating for the Product discipline.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have:

While not essential, the following skills and experience are desirable:

  • Product Management Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager or Owner across different products or domains.
  • Attention to Detail: While keeping an eye on the bigger picture, you manage the finer details effectively.
  • Proactivity: A self-starter who excels at building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of technical product development and ability to work closely with IT teams.
  • Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile principles, ideally in a SAFe environment.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Knowledge of the pharmacy and healthcare sectors and associated technologies.
