With a strong presence across the US, UK, and Europe, the company blends cutting-edge design with a rich heritage, delivering top-tier fashion and lifestyle products globally. Now, they are seeking to further elevate their digital presence as they relaunch and expand into new markets.

The Role
As a Lead Digital Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the digital identity of the brand across multiple markets, ensuring it resonates with the target audience. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you’ll work closely with teams in New York, Amsterdam, and London to bring the brand’s creative vision to life. You’ll be responsible for leading digital design initiatives across websites, email campaigns, and performance channels, while also setting creative direction for the team.

You will champion brand identity and deliver innovative digital strategies that elevate the brand across global markets. This role offers a hands-on approach, with a focus on Ted Baker initially, and the potential to expand into other brands within the group. This is a fixed-term, 3-month assignment, ideal for someone with a deep understanding of fashion e-commerce and digital design.

The Person
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and creative individual with a passion for digital design and fashion e-commerce. You should have a strong understanding of brand identity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive innovation in digital aesthetics. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work alongside global teams and developers to deliver top-notch, user-focused content.

What You’ll Do:

Digital Design and E-commerce Expertise: Demonstrate a passion for digital design and fashion e-commerce, inspiring your team to set high creative standards.

Brand Implementation: Translate and implement the brand’s visual identity across digital platforms, while maintaining consistency with seasonal guidelines.

Innovation and Trends: Champion the latest digital design trends and explore innovative tools and technologies to improve design workflows.

Collaboration and Content: Work closely with digital teams and developers to create dynamic, user-friendly content across landing pages, editorial features, and marketing assets.

Photography Collaboration: Assist with art direction for photoshoots and ensure all digital assets are produced with the correct specifications.

User Experience Projects: Lead UX projects, designing wireframes and user journeys to improve customer experiences.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong typography, layout, and branding skills.

Meticulous attention to detail and consistency.

Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design is a plus.

Experience with UI/UX design and e-commerce platforms like Shopify.

Proactive, ambitious, and receptive to new trends and ideas.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to start immediately for a 3-month contract.
