They are looking for a CX Analyst who will be a key player in shaping a positive interaction for consumers across websites, marketplaces, and stores. Your responsibilities will include analysing and enhancing the consumer experience at different touchpoints, spanning from pre-purchase to post-purchase.
The Customer Experience Analyst will meticulously gather and organize data from diverse touchpoints, encompassing customer feedback and site behavior. Utilizing both quantitative and qualitative analyses, they identify trends, creating valuable insights to enhance the overall customer experience. This involves developing and maintaining comprehensive customer journey maps, evaluating satisfaction through surveys, monitoring key performance indicators, investigating issues, collaborating on solutions, and presenting data-driven reports for proactive improvements in collaboration with relevant teams.
