Due to the teams success, their sales have gone from £10 mil in 2018 to over £35 mil in 2022, with the brand still expanding at a rapid pace and continually welcoming more talent to assist in the next stage of growth.
As the brands first ever CRM & Retention Lead, you will work closely with the Head of Ecommerce to develop a strong cross channel CRM strategy, building and optimising automated campaigns across email, SMS & more. You will own the CDP, identify any opportunities to develop the personalisation along with building and expanding the brands customer loyalty programme.
Of course, previous experience within CRM is essential and you will naturally need to be a customer focused and analytical person that can implement data into all decision making. This is a rapidly growing business with the opportunity to grow and define your career with the business, so being ambitious is also key!
