The Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded CRM Manager to join the team at our Shirebrook HQ. This role will take ownership of CRM strategy and execution across multiple brands, driving customer retention, reactivation, and lifetime value. Working alongside digital, trading, and data teams, you’ll plan and deliver high-impact campaigns that align with customer behaviour and brand objectives. From lifecycle programmes and segmentation to A/B testing and reporting, this is a role for someone who thrives on data-led decision-making and end-to-end campaign ownership.
The Person
You’ll bring proven experience in a CRM or retention-focused marketing role, ideally in fashion, eCommerce, or a high-growth consumer environment. A deep understanding of CRM platforms, customer journeys, and personalisation is key, along with the ability to turn insight into action. You’re confident managing multiple stakeholders, balancing strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
