The Role
They are looking for a CRM Manager to join their team in Dubai. This role will be at the heart of how the business builds meaningful, long-term connections with customers across markets. The CRM Manager will own the CRM strategy, shaping and executing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value through personalised, data-driven touchpoints. From building lifecycle journeys to optimising segmentation, this role plays a key part in scaling their global community. The position is full-time and based in Dubai, with applications welcome both from candidates already in the UAE and those open to relocating.
The Person
They are looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with creative flair. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation, a deep understanding of customer journeys, and a proven track record of delivering measurable impact on engagement and sales. They should be data-savvy, comfortable running A/B tests, and skilled at turning insights into action. Just as importantly, they’ll thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and share a passion for building a brand that inspires and performs.
