The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a CRM Manager to lead the customer relationship strategy across both online and in-store touchpoints. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for delivering lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and other owned channels, with a focus on retention, loyalty, and clientelling. A key element of the role will be supporting in-store teams with the tools and insights needed to offer high-impact, personalised service. You’ll also analyse customer behaviour, optimise CRM performance, and work closely with stakeholders across digital, retail, and analytics.
The Person
We’re looking for a data-driven CRM professional with 3–5 years’ experience in a multi-channel retail environment. You’ll be confident in developing segmentation strategies, leading CRM initiatives, and using platforms such as Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar. You’ll have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans that drive engagement and loyalty. Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering customer-first experiences—whether online or in-store—are essential. Experience in premium or luxury retail is a bonus.
